K., MPA, is a badass and smarter than her boyfriend. She attended the University of Penn State for her undergraduate degree in FRANCH THINGS, which is the second-best university in America behind STANFORD. She attended GWU for her graduate degree in being a bureaucrat and edited Policy PerspecTIVES. Her interests include cupcakes, cats and knitting; despite this, she is not a “cat lady” and has a wonderful life in her apartment with white whine* and board games.
